Seems to me Margot got screwed tonight at the pygmalion fest at the canopy club. The canopy club really sucks at booking and setting up shows (i know many people who have been dicked around by them) so f*** them. It's a damn shame.

So ok, I plan on attending the show Wednesday April1st at the Metro, just had to get that out....

Last time I saw them was in November at the Bottom Lounge and the show was awesome! I met with a few of the members after the show at the merchandise table and commented on how they needed to come to DeKalb, Il. because they have a lot of bars that fit their "scene", ya know the typical run down bar where 100's of people cram to see them. So the other day, I got word that they were in fact coming to DeKalb, Il on May 8th, to play at the local bar called Otto's....

So, I live in Colorado Springs, and I was wondering if anybody else that knows this place or lives here is sick of all these horrible songs in the streets and strong christian undertones on the sidewalks... really, I'm just screaming out at nobody because I live in a nowhere. And to the band, if you ever read these... This album (these albums?) have impressed everyone I've talked to. Really perfect and at times eerie. Definitely something I'd consider my crown jewel. Cold, Kind, and Lemon Eyes. Man this song is good. I think my favorite on the album, its hard to say though. I have been listening non-stop since I bought it this morning.
